잘쓰고있습니다 식단없이 몸무게 기록용으로 사용하고싶어서 찾다가 잘쓰는중인데 최소최대무게말고도 달마다 무게변화라던가 처음 무게에서 몇키로 감량했는지가 보이면좋겠어요
本意就是想找一个不那么复杂的记录体重的软件 其他都是很复杂页面很多 这个软件可以 很简洁干净 体重变化一目了然 也没有广告 没有其他乱七八糟的 配色也好看 总体来说可以👍
APP是免费的,也没有广告挺好的,就是只能一天记录一次,我是习惯记录睡前的体重和第二天早晨的体重,这样可以看代谢,希望可以改进一下
